Group Project Phase #3
ATPG for Single Fault: D-Algorithm and PODEM
Grading criteria
- PODEM and DALG are tested and graded separately
- Each 50% of the total grade for this phase
- Step #1: Testing all faults of c17.
- Step #2: Mini-circuits (40%)
- Conditioned to successful completion of Step #1.
- All possible faults are tested, similar to auto-test.
- TLIM = 1 (s)
- A circuit is passed only if all related tests are passed.
- Step #3: Large circuits (40%)
- Conditioned to successful completion of Step #2.
- Random faults (~ 100)
- TLIM = 1~5 (s). Special cases TBA.
- Grade = u(0.5-r) * (1-2r)^2, 'r' is ratio of failed cases to all cases.
- Examples: r=0 then 100%, r=5% then 81%, r=10% then 64%, r=20% then 36%, r=55% then 0!
- Step #4: Other test cases (20%)
Late submission
Official deadline: March 19th -- changed to March 21st
- As always, penalty for late submission is 10% per day in general.
- For mini circuits, 10% per day starts from 3/23 (e.g submission on 3/25 will get 30% penalty).
- For large circuits, 10% per day starts from 3/25 (e.g. submission on 3/26 will get 20% penalty).
- No submission is accepted after 3/27.
Important notes:
- Parallel processing, i.e. using multiple threads/processors is NOT allowed.

Results
Mini circuits (both DALG and PODEM)
PODEM (large circuits, random faults)
This table only includes the results of your final submission (look at the "Commit SHA" row). Late submission penalties and final grade will be calculated later.
DALG (large circuits, random faults)
This table only includes the results of your final submission (look at the "Commit SHA" row). Late submission penalties and final grade will be calculated later.
